Ebenezer prepares for the future
The Ebenezer executive team is focused on the future. As health care evolves and the senior population grows, new ways of providing senior services—from housing to health care—challenge us to be creative and inventive.
Our record of innovation will serve us well as we continue to work to improve the health of the communities we serve through preventive health programs and use of new technologies. With technologies like Health Sense’s eneighbor® Remote Monitoring System that predict health status change, we will seek to enhance quality of life while reducing emergency room visits, hospitalization and hospital readmissions. We will establish new and cost-effective care models that provide the right care at the right time, in the right place, from the right providers.
