Fairview Lifeline is an easy‑to‑use personal medical alert service that helps you get quick assistance any time—24 hours a day, every day. Lifeline helps you live on your own with confidence.
How does Fairview Lifeline work?
If you need help, push your waterproof Personal Help Button.
A "help needed" signal is sent to the Fairview Lifeline Response Center. Highly-trained response operators are alerted. They will begin by calling you to see what help you need. If you cannot be reached, pre‑selected responders will be sent to you.
Lifeline will stay in touch with you until we know that you have received help.
What are the different levels of service?
Is a landline required?
No. If you do not have a landline, a small additional monthly fee is added to your account for wireless service.
