River Falls, Wisc., February 19, 2026 – Ebenezer, in partnership with Frisbie Companies, announced today plans to develop eight new patio townhomes at The Sycamore of River Falls. Located just a block away from the existing neighborhood at 745 Sycamore Street, the new townhomes will be situated between Sycamore Street, Orange Street, and East Foster Street. These homes will offer active, independent seniors more space and privacy, while still enjoying the full benefits of a senior living community. The new townhomes are expected to be available in Fall 2026 and will feature two- and three-bedroom options with two bathrooms.
