Terralume: New Memory Care Community Coming to Minnetonka

Ebenezer is excited to announce the development of  Terralume Signature Memory Care, a specialized memory care community that is currently under construction at 1520 Clare Lane in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The community, set to open in June 2026, will provide 40 apartment homes designed specifically for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

In partnership with Greco, a real estate developer with over 20 years of experience, Ebenezer is redeveloping a former nursing home site near the intersection of I-394 and I-494. Along with the memory care community, the project also includes plans for independent living options, all aimed at creating a vibrant and purposeful environment for residents.
