Ebenezer Breaks Ground on Estoria Oak Marsh Cooperative in Oakdale

Ebenezer | Oct 13, 2025

Ebenezer officially broke ground on Estoria Oak Marsh, a new senior cooperative community located at 8001 4th Street North, across from Oak Marsh Golf Course. The event drew community members, development partners, and future residents to celebrate this next chapter in senior cooperative living.

Planned to feature 87 member-owned homes with one-level floor plans ranging from 970 to 1,705 square feet, Estoria Oak Marsh brings together the development expertise of Ebenezer, Frana Companies, and  RSP Architects. Construction is expected to take approximately 14–16 months, with more than half of the homes already reserved.

Brett K. Anderson, Ebenezer President and CEO, noted: “The cooperative model is an exciting option for seniors who want the best of both worlds, which is the financial benefits of home ownership and the ease of maintenance-free living. It also creates a true sense of community, where members aren’t just residents; they’re invested in each other’s well-being.”

Estoria Oak Marsh is designed to make life easier and more social, offering the financial benefits of ownership without the stress of upkeep. Monthly fees cover most maintenance, property taxes, utilities, and insurance that come with tax advantages which make the cooperative model especially appealing for those 62 and older.

The building will feature secured access with video monitoring, temperature-controlled underground parking (including a car wash bay and electric car charging stations), and state-of-the-art communication technology. Each home includes large walk-in closets, energy-efficient windows, 9-foot ceilings, and personalized finish options. Shared amenities will reflect the community’s active and social spirit, including pickleball courts, firepits, and inviting gathering spaces for members and guests alike.

“We designed Estoria Oak Marsh to be more than a place to live, but it’s a place to belong. Every detail reflects our goal of fostering a vibrant, connected lifestyle that supports active aging,” said Brett.

Construction is scheduled to be completed in late 2026, with move-ins anticipated soon after. For more information about Estoria Oak Marsh, including floor plans, amenities, and upcoming info sessions, https://www.estoriaoakmarsh.com/.
