Ebenezer Communities Featured in Minnesota PBS’ Pursuit of Happiness

Ebenezer Communities Featured in Minnesota PBS’ Pursuit of Happiness

Some familiar Ebenezer faces are coming to Minnesota PBS.

Residents, students and child care participants from The Pillars Child Care Center, The Pillars of Prospect Park, and Martin Luther Campus took part in Pursuit of Happiness, a new three-part documentary series premiering tonight, October 5, on Minnesota PBS.

The series explores a big question with many different answers: What does it mean to pursue happiness?

Hosted by Amanda Brinkman, Pursuit of Happiness follows Minnesotans from different backgrounds and generations as they share their perspectives on happiness and what makes life meaningful.

Ebenezer Voices Join the Conversation

Earlier this summer, residents, students and child care participants from Ebenezer had the opportunity to take part in filming and share their own thoughts and experiences.

Participants from The Pillars Child Care Center, The Pillars of Prospect Park, and Martin Luther Campus will appear throughout the series alongside its featured subjects.

Their participation brings voices from across generations to a broader conversation about happiness, connection and meaning.

Tune In Tonight. Monday, October 5

Pursuit of Happiness premieres tonight, October 5, at 8 p.m. CT on Minnesota PBS’ main channel, MN PBS.

The series will also stream through the PBS app and online, giving viewers the option to watch at their convenience.

Beginning in November, the series will roll out on public television stations across the country, bringing these Minnesota stories to viewers nationwide.

We’re excited to see some familiar faces on screen and hear the perspectives they shared as part of this special project.
