Welcome to
Team Ebenezer
We're Glad You're Here!
Beginning February 1, 2027, Ebenezer Management Services will become the new management organization for the eight Peaceful Pines communities. At that time, all employees working at a Peaceful Pines community who have completed the Ebenezer onboarding process will become Ebenezer team members.
While your employer is changing, the important work you do each day and the relationships you've built with residents, families and fellow team members continue. We're looking forward to getting to know you, supporting your success and building on everything that makes Peaceful Pines special. We know that this transition comes with questions. This page is designed to help you understand the process, complete the necessary steps and find the resources you need along the way.

Getting Started: Five Simple Steps
STEP ONE
Complete your Authorization to Release Information
Help us make your transition smoother by completing this form by November 15, 2026. By completing it, you authorize HME to share selected information with Ebenezer which will help facilitate your hiring process making the transition as accurate and smooth as possible.
STEP TWO
Complete your Work History Form
Please complete your Work History Form by November 15 to help Ebenezer prepare your employment offer and determine your starting wage. Your current pay will not decrease, and some employees may qualify for an increase. You won't need to reinterview for your current position, but you must complete Ebenezer's hiring process. Watch your email for next steps.
STEP THREE
Explore Ebenezer Benefits
Ebenezer offers comprehensive benefits to support your health, wellbeing and financial security. Eligible employees can enroll in medical, dental, vision and other benefits, including paid time off. Coverage begins February 1, 2027, if you enroll within your first 30 days of employment. Please note that premiums are owed beginning February 1, even if you enroll later, and any missed deductions will be taken from a future paycheck. Any approved provider in South Dakota would be considered Tier 2. You must be a .6 FTE or greater to qualify for medical/dental benefits. Review the 2027 Benefits Guide to explore your options.
STEP FOUR
Take Action to Complete Your Onboarding Steps
To ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process, please thoroughly read through the Onboarding Steps. Please note that failure to complete each required step properly may result in a delay of your start date with Ebenezer. Effective Monday, February 1, 2027, you will be an Ebenezer team member*
